Are You Inflamed and Don’t Even Know It?

For years, I struggled with persistent headaches, brain fog, and stomach cramps, but I never stopped to question why. I assumed it was just part of life. The truth? I was unknowingly fueling chronic inflammation in my body every single day.

I didn’t drink water—at least, not enough to matter. I over-consumed dairy products without a second thought, unaware of the impact they had on my digestion and mental clarity. The headaches? A direct result of dehydration. The brain fog and stomach pain? My body’s response to an overload of inflammatory foods.

But here’s the thing—I didn’t know any different. Everyone around me ate the same way, lived the same way, and experienced the same struggles.
